The Underground Cookery School was set up in the summer of 2003 to offer a fun and informal way of learning uncomplicated, delicious, contemporary cooking.
All classes are suitable for beginners as well as more adventurous cooks.
We are specifically designed as a corporate team building / private party / hen night event, located next to Liverpool St Station in the heart of the City.
On arrival you'll grab delicious, homemade canapés, enjoy plenty of wine and with the rest of the party make a three-course dinner under our instruction.
A beautifully dressed table offers the perfect restaurant experience, where our waiting staff serve the meal you have just created together with lovely red and white wines. All alcohol, from the moment you arrive is included in the package.

You're invited to choose a menu which will include vegetarian and special dietary options, all of which will be incorporated into your programme.

The group is split into teams, with each given a cash budget, a list of ingredients and the challenge to source product and ingredients, whilst negotiating price from market traders and retailers.
